By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1) Use of the App
- You must be legally able to contract and comply with these Terms.
- Do not misuse the app (no illegal use, interference, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access).
2) Your Content (Files)
- You keep ownership of your files.
- You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely to provide the conversion service.
- We delete processed files after conversion (or within a short operational window).
3) Fees
- If applicable, fees will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled per platform rules. You can manage or cancel via your platform account.
4) Service Changes and Discontinuation
- We may modify or discontinue features or the app.
- If we discontinue the app, we will provide advance notice via in-app notification when feasible.
5) Availability
- The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security or overload our systems.
7) Third-Party Services
- The app may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
8) Disclaimers
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to use the app in the past 3 months, or (b) $10.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10) Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
- You may stop using the app at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
- Provisions that should survive (e.g., liability limits) survive termination.
12) Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
13) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the law of your U.S. state (or, if outside the U.S., the law of a U.S. state we designate, e.g., Delaware), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Local consumer protection rights that cannot be waived still apply.
